e-Go soars thanks to F1 car technology
Hybrid: The plans by e-Go was designed using F1 technology and runs on ordinary petrol.
Is it a car or is it a plane? Well, it’s a bit of both and makers e-Go are flying high after attracting £500,000 of investment cash in less than a month. The group is based at an airstrip near Cambridge where an international team of engineers has used Formula One racing car technology to design an aircraft which can fly on ordinary petrol. The model is designed as a low cost, single-seat plane for the private pilot market.
